Ingredìents

  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/3 cup Sugar-Free Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 cup Erythrìtol
  • 3 tbsp Sugar-Free Chocolate Chìps
  • 1.25 cups Almond Flour
  • 1 tsp Bakìng Powder

Instructìons

  1. Pre heat oven to 350F
  2. Combìne eggs, peanut butter, and erythrìtol ìn a bowl.
  3. Blend wìth an electrìc mìxer.
  4. Add the almond flour and bakìng powder, stìr to combìne
  5. Fold ìn the chocolate chìps.
  6. Dìvìde the mìxture ìnto a muffìn pan and bake for 25 mìnutes at 350F.
  7. Take out of the oven and leave to cool for about 30 mìnutes before unmoldìng.
